Mastercard Fat Face
A large number of low-value orders were putting a strain on the finance team at fashion retailer Fat Face.
A large number of low-value orders were putting a strain on the finance team at fashion retailer Fat Face. The company was approached by its banking partner, Lloyds, to switch from their existing payments system to use Mastercard's corporate purchasing card. With the card, the company managed to streamline its invoicing process, gain valuable working capital benefits and improve its payment timescales with non-stock suppliers.
DNX were approached by Mastercard to produce a video case study and whitepaper to highlight the benefits and efficiencies Fat Face received from making this change.
We conducted several interviews with key stakeholders at Lloyds, Fat Face and one of their non-stock suppliers, Banner, to learn how the card has benefited each of them in different ways. We then used these learnings to create the overall case study story, creating a 4-minute video and a 2-page whitepaper in the process.
The case study quickly became a very successful sales resource for both Mastercard and Lloyds. It's being positioned internally as the 'gold standard' for how to produce a compelling story to encourage more account teams to follow this standard.
